Who We Are

01.

Sipland is a leading creative house for the future of the bar. We partner with brands, hospitality groups and founders building what’s next in no-, low-, and alternative beverages—through brand, content, partnerships and experiences that make inclusive drinking culture feel as good as it looks. From launch strategy to social, PR, and production, we create the stories and moments that drive real awareness, buzz, and sell-through.

The way we drink is changing—and fast. Less about excess, more about intention. Less about rules, more about choice. We believe the future isn’t about removing alcohol, it’s about expanding what’s possible. Better drinks. Better rituals. More inclusive tables. We’re here to make sure that shift feels exciting, desirable and culturally relevant—not like a compromise.

The Why

Our Story

03.

Sipland was founded by Molly Fienning and Lauren Hakmiller, collaborators with a shared instinct for where culture is headed. Molly brings a background in building consumer brands and scaling businesses that resonate. Lauren brings a sharp creative eye shaped by years in design, branding and storytelling. Together, they saw a gap: a fast-growing category with real momentum—but without the creative and cultural infrastructure to match. Sipland was built to fill that gap, helping brands show up in a way that feels not just credible, but compelling.

The Team

04.

We’re a small, highly collaborative team of strategists, creatives and operators who care deeply about the work and the people behind it. We move quickly, think holistically and approach every project as a true partnership with seasoned expertise, kindness and care. From concept to execution, we’re in it with you, building something that feels intentional, beautiful and differentiated.

What’s Next

05.

Sipland is just the beginning. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding into adjacent spaces that reflect how people live, gather and experience culture—from BiteLand, exploring the future of food and shared tables, to Betterland, a broader lens on wellness, ritual and modern living. Each extension builds on the same core idea: thoughtful, well-designed and best-in-class experiences that define their category—meeting people where they are and moving culture forward in a focused, intentional niche.
