Sipland is where creativity meets hospitality, where storytelling meets culture, and where the future of drinking is imagined and brought to life. We believe in inclusive celebration — and we bring the party for everyone.
The Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, aesthetics, cultural awareness, and social creativity. Someone who can ideate, shoot, edit, and produce compelling short-form content — for both Sipland and our brand partners.
This is a role for someone who moves fluidly between creative instinct and strategic intention. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and our Account Managers to help define the look, feel, and voice of modern drinking culture — and play a key role in bringing Sipland’s visual world to life.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Creation
● Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
● Capture behind-the-scenes content at shoots, events, pop-ups, and hospitality activations
● Create visually cohesive UGC-style photo and video assets for Sipland’s channels and client channels
● Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach, resonance, and storytelling ● Maintain an organized content library and asset archive
2. Social Execution
(Note: Publishing is handled by our Account Manager; this role supports creation, not posting.)
● Support in shaping social-first narratives around Sipland events, campaigns, and partnerships
● Collaborate with the Account Manager to refine captions, hooks, and platform strategy 3. Client Work
● Ideate and produce content for beverage, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle brand partners
● Attend client shoots and activations to capture social-first assets
● Deliver content packages aligned with each client’s SOW, timing, and aesthetic 4. Creative Development
● Bring new ideas, trends, and visual concepts to the table weekly
● Stay ahead of platform shifts, audio trends, editing styles, and cultural moments ● Help evolve Sipland’s visual identity and content style as the brand grows
● Create lightweight graphics, text overlays, and simple branded templates for Reels/TikToks
● Build thumbnail graphics for Reels or TikTok covers
● Support in editing long-form content into social snippets (podcast clips, interviews, event recaps)
5. Internal Collaboration
● Work closely with Sipland leadership, designers, photographers, and the events team ● Support content needs for Sipland’s Substack, trend reports, and experiential work
Who You Are
● A strong shooter and editor with a portfolio that shows range, voice, and taste
● Comfortable being on camera when needed — you don’t shy away from visibility, personality, or play
● Open and at-ease working with alt beverage clients, including CBD, THC, and functional brands
● Naturally visually minded — you understand color, light, framing, texture, and aesthetic coherence
● A self-starter who thrives with creative freedom and clear direction
● Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
● Comfortable being onsite at shoots, events, hotels, restaurants, and activations ● Trend-aware without being trend-ruled
● Warm, collaborative, communicative, and low-ego
● Passionate about wellness, hospitality, beverages, and culture
● Excited to be part of a fast-growing, creative, entrepreneurial environment
Required Skills
● Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN)
● Strong understanding of Instagram + TikTok best practices
● Experience shooting on iPhone and/or DSLR
● Ability to write clean, compelling captions and narrative hooks
● Strong sense of timing, rhythm, pacing, and music selection
● Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) ● Comfort creating brand-aligned typography treatments and color palettes
Bonus Skills
● Photography experience
● Hospitality or beverage industry experience
● Light on-camera hosting or storytelling
