Sipland partnered with Sorelle to concept and produce a series of non-alc seasonal beverage experiences—from the cozy and immersive Winter Pour featuring signature cocktails like, Apple CIder Sangria, Cinnamon Espresso Martini, and a French 75, to the vibrant, ingredient-driven Summer Menu, with a NA Tomato Water Martini, Spicy Paloma, and Dolce Vita Spritz. Each activation translated seasonal flavors into thoughtful, design-forward moments, blending elevated dining with innovative low- and no-ABV programming. The result was a cohesive partnership that brought storytelling, hospitality, and sensory detail to life, paired with an intimate Tomato Summer gathering to kick off the collaboration and menu innovation.

NA Tomato Water Martini
