Wölffer Estate Spring in a Bottle Blanc de Blancs
TLDR: Sparkling nonalcoholic wine, hangover-free.
Whether you’re plotting a dinner party, or simply want to give your Wednesday afternoon some sparkle, these elegant nonalcoholic bubbles are built to impress. The name blanc de blancs is an homage to a style of Champagne made entirely with Chardonnay grapes; Wölffer’s version is a global affair featuring Germany-grown grapes. The results are crisp and refreshing, and pair beautifully with everything from grilled fish to fried chicken to spicy veggie biryani.

MEET THE MAKER
Wölffer Estate
Wölffer Estate has been turning hearts, minds, and Instagram feeds pink for more than a decade. Widely known for its rosés, Wölffer winemakers began farming what’s now a 55-acre vineyard in the Hamptons, New York, in 1988. In addition to rosé, the estate produces red and white wines, ciders, spirits, verjus, and sparkling nonalcoholic wines.
