Nonalcoholic Pink Sangria
HOW TO SERVE
Use Wolffer Spring in a Bottle as the base of a nonalcoholic pink sangria by pouring it into a pitcher over ice and stirring in a half-cup of hibiscus tea, splash of simple syrup and diced fresh fruit. Top with sparkling water.
Tart Kir Royale Riff
Pour the wine into a flute, add an ounce of pomegranate juice as a float, and add a lemon twist for a sweet-tart riff on a Kir Royale.

Wölffer Estate has been turning hearts, minds, and Instagram feeds pink for decades. Widely known for their rosés, Wölffer winemakers began farming what’s now a 55-acre vineyard in Sagaponack, NY, a tony corner of New York’s Long Island called the Hamptons, in 1988. In addition to rosé, the estate also produces red and white wines, ciders, spirits, verjus, and Spring in a Bottle, this nonalcoholic sparkling rosé.
